Central Minnesota Development Company (CMDC) is an SBA Premier Certified Lender (PCLP) authorized to provide SBA 504 financing throughout the state of Minnesota. Less than 10% of the certified development companies in the nation have this designation.  Our mission is to promote economic development by cultivating a financing environment that allows small businesses to grow and prosper.
